Summary

As a Senior SAP S / 4HANA Logistics, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support companies in the implementation, optimization, and management of their SAP S / 4HANA Logistics systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain and logistics processes, deliver tailored solutions, and drive operational improvements. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Logistics and the ability to guide customers through complex transformations. Additionally, you will provide training and support to users to ensure smooth system adoption. Your goal is to strengthen customer relationships and help them achieve operational excellence through efficient logistics management.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, Build, and Deploy SAP Logistics Solutions: lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP-based ERP solutions in the logistics domain, working closely with the client’s logistics team to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: work closely with the SAP solution architect, consultants, project managers, and support teams both on-site and off‑site to ensure successful project delivery and integration of SAP Logistics solutions.
• Consulting on Local and International Projects: provide expert guidance and drive results in diverse environments.
• Continuous Learning & Certification: stay current with evolving technology by attending workshops, seminars, and participating in professional development programs. Ensure team members remain at the cutting edge of SAP solutions.

Requirements

• Many years (at least 8 years) of experience in SAP Logistics modules (MM, PP, SD).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA in SAP Logistics with hands‑on implementation experience.
• Analyze SAP systems, including processes, functions, and customer needs, to identify improvements and optimize performance.
• Lead full SAP implementations, including business blueprinting, system configuration, and testing, while ensuring documentation of processes and system setups.
• Translate business requirements into tailored SAP Logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with the larger business strategy.
• Educate key users in system operation and provide ongoing support to enhance user proficiency.
• Collaborate with SAP architects and developers to prepare functional specifications and ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Participate in SAP presales, client interactions, and implementation projects, with experience in solution design for S / 4HANA and migrations from ECC to S / 4HANA.

Education and Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.

Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Certifications

SAP S / 4HANA Logistics certification is preferred.
