Overview

High Impact Global Sales Leader / EMEA & APAC / Transformation

The TRG Manufacturing Growth Division is currently engaged by one of our top clients to help identify a Senior Director, Global Sales & Transformation, to lead and drive their sales organization across key international markets and regions (EMEA & APAC).

This role will sit in their regional HQ in the Greater Frankfurt area with travel. Reporting into their International Executive, this role will be a key member of their leadership team. Responsible for driving their international growth plan through acquisition integration, market expansion, commercial excellence, and sales process improvements.

We need a proven Sales Leader with experience ideally in Engineered Products & Solutions with a high level of customer and end user interaction. This will be a highly visible role within the business with a succession plan in place.
