Job Title: Senior PR Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance the company's brand awareness, reputation, and influence, supporting new product launch campaigns and building awareness, consideration, and preference among media and consumers from a PR perspective.
2. Establish in-depth cooperative relationships with the media landscape, expanding media resources, connecting with media channels to ensure efficient dissemination of company news and activities.
3. Utilize excellent storytelling and influential skills to pitch media and position topics/products in relevant media outlets.
4. Monitor public opinion dynamics and respond to public relations crises promptly, formulating effective response strategies to safeguard the company's brand image.
5. Write high-quality news articles, promotional copy for new product launches, press releases, and promotional campaigns.
6. Plan and organize large-scale PR activities from conception to on-site execution and follow-up to meet expected goals.
7. Prepare and execute press conferences, round tables, and press trips.
8. Monitor press coverage continuously and report on product-related media activities.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to integrate resources and support business publicity and promotion needs.
10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders at DACH, European, and global levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in public relations, journalism, media, etc.
• 5-8+ years of experience in public relations within consumer electronics, PR agencies, or media sectors.
• Rich media resources and strong media relationships; familiar with media operation modes.
• Proven planning and execution skills in PR activities, with successful case studies preferred.
• Insight into public opinion, crisis management capabilities, and ability to respond calmly under pressure.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High adaptability, creativity, and ability to work in an international team.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure, willingness to take on challenges.
