Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. This role involves driving governance, managing timelines, and coordinating cross‑functional teams for successful SAP implementations. The individual will participate in leadership meetings, provide actionable insights, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams with a strong focus on the Utilities segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through transition to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Develop and maintain SAP project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance with SAP Activate methodology and reporting standards.
• Ensure delivery of agreed business benefits within defined timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong engagement throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, approach and ensure successful completion of medium to large‑scale SAP projects.
• Provide leadership to SAP project teams, adopt best‑fit methodologies (Agile / Hybrid) and oversee change control and risk management processes.
• Maintain realistic project plans and deliver accurate timely updates to stakeholders.

• Ability to handle complex stakeholder landscapes and drive consensus.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to Utilities segment.
