• You lead executive steering forums and communicate trade-offs, progress, and recommendations with clarity and credibility.
• You capture field learnings and turn them into repeatable transformation playbooks, delivery standards, and scalable offerings for OMMAX.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments.
• You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs.
• You are experienced in working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions.
• You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
