Job summary

OMMAX GmbH in Munich is seeking a Data & AI Strategy professional who translates business priorities into a focused portfolio of initiatives, owning workstreams from discovery through roadmap and implementation mobilization.

You will partner with executives, domain experts, and delivery teams to design pragmatic strategies that connect value, data readiness, governance, and adoption, and you will lead workshops to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years in consulting, digital transformation, or data/AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a structured, clear way.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.

• You partner with engineering, AI, data, governance, and delivery teams to ensure that strategic recommendations can be built, deployed, and scaled in practice.
• You capture lessons from implementation, support proposals, and develop reusable methods and offerings that strengthen OMMAX Data & AI Strategy capabilities.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• You have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data and AI-related initiatives.
• You have a strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications.
• You are able to communicate complex topics in a structured and clear way.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
