OMMAX GmbH seeks an experienced AI/Analytics Consultant to translate strategic AI opportunities into deployed solutions across client organizations. You will work directly with executives, operators, and technical teams to shape use cases, success metrics, and roadmaps within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will embed with client teams, test assumptions via pilots, and ensure delivery teams translate requirements into pragmatic solutions while maintaining a clear link to business value.

Formación

• Completed university degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• First professional experience in data management, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy solving complex, open-ended challenges.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and modern data platforms.
• Able to communicate complex topics clearly and practically with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven and collaborative mindset; thrives in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with client executives, operators, and technical teams to identify where AI can change decisions, workflows, products, and business performance.
• Own the path from ambiguous strategic problem to deployed solution, shaping use cases, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Embed with client teams to understand operational realities and rapidly test assumptions through prototypes and pilots.
• Bridge business and engineering by translating priorities into clear technical requirements and guiding delivery teams.
• Drive alignment across executives, domain experts, data owners, technology teams, governance functions and end users.
• Track deployed solutions' value and refine strategy using field evidence for next AI initiatives.
• Turn client learnings into reusable playbooks, offerings and market insights; support strategic business development for OMMAX.

What we require:

• You hold a completed university degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have gained first professional experience in data management, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy solving complex, open-ended challenges.
• You have hands-on experience with SQL and Python as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• You are familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and modern data platforms.
• You communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.
• You bring a proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
