OMMAX GmbH is seeking a results-oriented leader to own complex AI delivery engagements in Munich, translating strategic AI priorities into production value and measurable outcomes. You will partner with executives to define outcomes, governance, and the required teams for successful implementation.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, AI engineering, data, architecture, product, and change management while owning scope, quality, budget, and timeline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of complex AI delivery engagements and move strategic AI priorities into production and measurable business value.
• Partner with client executives and operational leaders to define delivery outcomes, establish governance, teams, and decisions for successful implementation.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, AI engineering, data, architecture, product, and change management while maintaining ownership of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure solutions are embedded into real workflows with appropriate operating models, adoption measures, and performance monitoring.
• Identify delivery risks early, remove blockers, and adapt plans as user needs evolve.
• Build trusted client relationships by communicating progress transparently and driving decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop reusable AI delivery methodologies, support proposals and commercial shaping, and mentor team members in outcome-oriented program leadership.

• You direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, AI engineering, data, architecture, product, and change management while maintaining clear ownership of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
• You ensure solutions are embedded into real workflows, supported by appropriate operating models, adoption measures, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• You identify delivery risks early, remove organizational and technical blockers, and adapt implementation plans as user needs and business priorities evolve.
• You build trusted client relationships by communicating progress transparently, challenging assumptions constructively, and driving decisions with senior stakeholders.
• You develop reusable AI delivery methodologies, support proposals and commercial shaping, and mentor team members in outcome-oriented program leadership.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have 4–8 years of experience in managing technology, data, or AI-related projects.
• You understand the lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
• You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• You are highly structured and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
