Job summary

OMMAX GmbH in Munich seeks a talented consultant who blends business and technology expertise to create value for mid-sized and large enterprises. You will advise international clients on process improvements, system architectures, data models, and technology strategies, and help define roadmaps including investments.

You will support complex transformations from concept through rollout, including configuration, testing, and training, while using traditional and agile project management.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree in Computer Science, (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a technical focus (Master’s degree preferred).
• Initial relevant practical experience at the intersection of business and (digital) technology through internships or working student roles.
• Experience in integration of business systems such as ERP, CRM, or MarTech, plus cloud technologies or IT strategy is ideal.
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and understanding of current trends and advancements.
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating and developing technology-driven business models.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented, highly motivated team player with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with traditional and agile methodologies, including stakeholder communication and budget/timeline control.

What we require:
