A leading sports brand in Berlin is seeking a passionate Senior Professional in Integrated Retail. The role focuses on leading integrated retail marketing campaigns and enhancing consumer experiences by collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates have a background in retail or brand marketing, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt global strategies to local needs. This position requires driving brand initiatives and ensuring consistency across multiple retail channels.
As Senior Professional, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will be part of the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics, as part of the Integrated Retail team and report directly into the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand Germany & Nordics. In this role you will be based in Berlin and partner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand, Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

You understand omni-channel retail and know how to create innovative, consumer-first stories that drive distinction at scale.
Proven experience in retail or brand marketing.
You’ll lead integrated retail marketing campaigns and consumer activations across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners, ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nike’s priorities in sport and sport culture – lead by innovation, athletes and sport moments, activated with communities and amplified with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll adapt EMEA strategies, drive territory-specific initiatives, and obsess over delivering a seamless consumer experience.
