Job Description

Sales Portal is an internal application designed to support the entire customer sales journey—from offer creation to planning, technical evaluation, background checks, and meeting management. It is deeply integrated with other tools, particularly within enablement domains.

  • Portal Ownership: Lead and drive progress within the Sales Portal, ensuring efficient sales processes across multiple channels and product configurations.
  • Platform Development: Build, expand, and continuously improve the Sales Portal to meet the needs of sales and product.
  • Workflow Management: Design and implement tools for task prioritization, assignment, and communication across departments through the Sales Portal.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with diverse business stakeholders (sales, product, planning, buildability, and enablement teams) to unlock opportunities and align priorities.
  • Product Launch: Ensure seamless onboarding of new products and sales funnels into the Portal, creating a consistent experience for all stakeholders.
  • Vision & Strategy: Shape the long-term roadmap of the Sales Portal, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability and innovation.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • C1/C2 level of German and English
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong motivation and drive to get things done—pragmatic and hands-on approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to navigate challenges and find solutions.
  • Ability to engage and inspire the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and progress.
  • Ability to navigate and operate in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
