CEEZER is seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/d/m) in Berlin to own the product strategy and roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform serving large enterprise clients. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and commercial teams to translate insights into crisp bets and measurable outcomes.

With 5+ years of product management experience, you drive end-to-end ownership, craft data-informed narratives, and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive the roadmap by identifying opportunities before they are assigned. Don’t wait for pulling, but be the engine pushing initiatives forward, navigating ambiguity, and clearing blockers.
• Shape our category‑defining product by challenging conventions, synthesizing insights from teams and customers, and driving it forward with focused research, creative thinking, and rapid validation.
• Focus on the business levers. Define success by commercial impact and ROI, not just shipping features. Embrace the unit economics of our product and make trade‑offs that prioritize business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead with intent by owning cross‑functional initiatives from discovery to launch, balancing ambition with execution in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.
• Leverage presentations, documentation, and stakeholder alignment as a primary tool for creating impact. Craft expert narratives that gain buy‑in from leadership and align diverse teams.
• Optimize relentlessly by spotting inefficiencies, surfacing growth opportunities, and aligning diverse stakeholder needs to unlock velocity and focus.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands‑on experience applying modern product management practices across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, within dynamic B2B SaaS/fintech environments. Working with large enterprise customers is a plus.
• A proven track record of taking full end‑to‑end responsibility for a product’s success. You thrive in environments where you are expected to operate with minimal supervision and high accountability.
• Strong problem‑solving acumen, with a successful track record of designing thoughtful systems and crafting clear, data‑informed narratives to tackle complex challenges.
• Demonstrate ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders & teams, navigating conflicting priorities with a firm, data‑backed perspective.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the product experience is not only cohesive and seamless but also compliant with business, technical, and legal requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
