Zusammenfassung

CEEZER in Berlin seeks an Impact Carbon Manager (f/d/m) focused on durable carbon removal to support enterprise clients and grow our partner network. You will establish long-term relationships with CDR project developers, drive onboarding of supply partners, and serve as the internal expert for the Revenue team, shaping our market and portfolio strategies.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within the carbon markets.
• Strong existing professional network of project developers and other service providers in the durable CDR space.
• Deep knowledge of durable CDR technologies (e.g. biochar, BECCS, DAC, enhanced weathering) and carbon market mechanisms.
• Customer and result orientation with focus on long-term value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical information.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Metabase) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; German or other languages are a plus.
• A valid working permit for Germany.

• Connect with key decision-makers at emerging CDR startups to secure future inventory and long-term offtake opportunities.

• Drive proactive outreach and onboarding of new supply partners to strategically expand CEEZER’s offering across the full suite of durable CDR project types.
• Serve as the internal project expert to support the Revenue team in building high‑impact portfolios for corporate buyers.
• Analyze and forecast carbon market trends to refine our supply‑side strategy.
• Connect with key decision‑makers at emerging CDR startups to secure future inventory and long‑term offtake opportunities.
• Partner with the product team to identify and resolve developer pain points, enhancing the overall supplier experience on the CEEZER platform.

• Deep knowledge of durable CDR technologies (e.g. biochar, BECCS, DAC, and enhanced weathering) and carbon market mechanisms. Curious and motivated to deepen your expertise further to become a trusted expert within the company.
• Strong customer and result orientation with a focus on building long‑term commercial value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g. Metabase) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; German or other languages are a plus.
