YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d), you build and scale our marketing analytics and automation foundation — ensuring data accuracy, seamless workflows, and actionable insights that empower smarter, faster go-to-market decisions across all regions. You’ll own, extend, and operationalize attribution, automation, and reporting together with our Data team.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages.
- Build and manage SQL-based reports and datasets from HubSpot, GA4, and CRM data.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives: design, implement, and optimize workflows in HubSpot and Make.com (email nurturing, lead scoring, CRM triggers).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (lead gen, conversion, attribution, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Data team to ensure clean, validated datasets and governance.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, consent tracking, and reliable automation.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements for scalability and accuracy.
- Support international scaling of data models and automations for new regions.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of experience inMarketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Automation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & automation platforms (HubSpot, Make.com).
- StrongSQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding offunnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline tracking.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy.
- Experience withvisualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Solid grasp ofGDPR and data governance principles.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Background inB2B SaaS or similar data-driven environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Python for advanced analytics or automation scripting.
- Familiarity withmulti-touch attribution frameworks or CDPs.
- Interest in AI/ML applications in marketing analytics.
