Qualifications

• Must have proven marketing experience in hotel, congress center or event locations.
• Strong budget planning, campaign management and agency collaboration.
• Proficient in digital marketing, CMS, email marketing and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure a consistent brand appearance.
• Create and execute the annual marketing plan.
• Plan and manage marketing and media budgets with the management.
• Conceive B2B and B2C campaigns, email marketing and newsletters.
• Produce print materials, presentations, bid books and promotional gifts.
• Organize and coordinate photo/video productions.
• Manage the website relaunch project and ongoing site maintenance.
• Coordinate print, radio, TV and online advertising with the PR Manager.
• Provide marketing support for Sales, Convention & Event and client events.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts
• Erstellung und Umsetzung des jährlichen Marketingplans
• Planung und Steuerung von Marketing- und Mediabudget gemeinsam mit Direktion
• Konzeption von B2B- und B2C-Kampagnen sowie E-Mail-Marketing und Newslettern
• Erstellung von Print- und Werbemitteln, Präsentationen, Bid Books und Werbegeschenken
• Organisation und Koordination von Foto- und Videoproduktionen
• Projektsteuerung des Website-Relaunchs sowie laufende Pflege der Website und Onlineportale
• Koordination von Print-, Funk-, TV- und Onlinewerbung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem PR Manager
• Marketingunterstützung für Sales sowie Convention & Event und Begleitung von Kundenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Hotellerie, Tourismus oder Eventmanagement
• Mehrjährige Marketing-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem Hotel, Congress Center oder einer Eventlocation
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für die Hotel-, Kongress- oder Eventbranche sowie ihre B2B- und B2C-Zielgruppen
• Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Kampagnensteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalem Marketing, CMS, E-Mail-Marketing und Reportingtools
• Strategische, kreative und zugleich hands-on geprägte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
