Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Begrüßung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Gäste nach vorgegebenen Standards.

• Vor- und Nachbereitung des Mise en Place.
• Anleiten von neuen Mitarbeitern, Auszubildenden und Aushilfen.

• Erhalten von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in einer eigenen Servicestation
• Vor- und Nachbereitung des täglich Mise en Place
• Abrechnung mit dem Addipos-Kassensystem
• Warenbestellung
• Anlernen und Anleiten von neuen Mitarbeitern, Auszubildenden und Aushilfsmitarbeitern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Restaurantfach, Hotelfach oder als Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe
• Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
• Fachkompetenz und Flexibilität
• Selbständigkeit aber auch Freude an der Arbeit im Team
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
