Estrel Congress Center GmbH in Berlin sucht eine/n IT-Mitarbeiter/in im Veranstaltungsbetrieb. Sie betreuen IT-bezogene Abläufe bei Veranstaltungen und unterstützen den Verwaltungsbereich an mehreren Standorten in einer Windows-Umgebung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören 1st Level Support, die Unterstützung unserer Hotelgäste bei technischen Problemen, sowie Bereitschaftsdienste mit regelmäßigem Ausgleich. Eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich wird vorausgesetzt; Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.

Qualifications

• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Clients ab Windows 10 und Server ab Windows 2016.
• Grundlagen Active Directory
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Sachen Netzwerk
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Berufseinsteiger aus den Ausbildungsrichtungen IT-Systemelektroniker oder Fachinformatiker sind willkommen

• 1st Level Support für den über 200 Clients umfassenden Verwaltungsbereich an mehreren Standorten in einer Windows Umgebung
• Unterstützung unserer Hotelgäste bei technischen Problemen
• Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten in regelmäßigen Abständen mit entsprechendem Ausgleich
