Ihre Aufgaben:

• Vorbereitung für das Tages- und Abendgeschäft
• Vorbereitung des Mise en Place
• Beteiligung im operativen Bereich
• Waren fachgerecht einlagern und Lagerbestände kontrollieren
• Betreuung von Buffets und Menüs
• Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards
• Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
• Unterstützung der Postenchefs

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin
• Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Motivation
• Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit
• Ein Höchstmaß an Zuverlässigkeit
