Qualifikationen

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with creative and/or media agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work independently.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives for the German market. You will take significant ownership, work independently on campaigns, and shape local marketing initiatives within an established strategy.

In this role you will support and report directly to the Head of Marketing Germany, while working closely with central teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Daily adventures will include:
  • Support the development and execution of the German local marketing plan, aligned with central strategy and growth objectives
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both passengers and drivers
  • Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, including content coordination, digital ads and timelines
  • Support the execution of ATL and BTL campaigns, from briefing to go‑live
  • Brief, coordinate and collaborate with creative and media agencies
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post‑campaign analysis and learnings
  • Work cross‑functionally with local and central stakeholders
To be successful in this role:
  • 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced or international environment
  • Experience working on multi‑channel campaigns (digital, offline or integrated)
  • Hands‑on experience collaborating with creative and/or media agencies
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work independently
  • Fluent German skills (C1 level or higher) and full professional fluency in English
