Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Organizational Development professional to lead the design, implementation, and facilitation of comprehensive OD programs. The role focuses on aligning training initiatives with adult learning principles and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating curricula, coordinating learning resources, and building cross‑functional partnerships to enhance organizational development across a large environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of organizational development experience in a large complex organization or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in adult learning theories, instructional design, curriculum development and learning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and public speaking skills.
• MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat with ability to learn LMS and training systems.
• Demonstrated experience and skills in project management.
• Proactive, self‑directed and outcomes‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the project management, implementation, and facilitation of programs that support OD strategies and desired outcomes.
• Designs curriculums, programs, workshops, and learning resources that are aligned with adult learning practices and research that reflects a diversity of learning styles.
• Facilitates a variety of learning & development programs, presentations, trainings and onboarding activities.
• Collects and assesses data regarding the effectiveness of learning & development initiatives.
• Builds partnerships across the organization to enhance learning and development programs, and ensure optimal outcomes for OD initiatives.
• Effectively and consistently navigates ambiguous project environments; organizes work efforts and deliverables with a concern for order, quality, and accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of organizational development experience in a large complex organization or equivalent (Required)
• Knowledgeable in adult learning theories, instructional design, curriculum development and learning tools. (Required proficiency)
