Your Role
  • Continuous advice on the enhancement of products for existing cooperation partners from the various business units.
  • Support with the on-boarding of new cooperation partners and products.
  • Assessing of Third Party Risk Assessment (TPRA) and Modification of Operational Processes and Structure (MOPS).
  • Preparation and implementation of training courses.
  • Monitoring the performance of cooperation partners with regard to AFC compliance issues and communication with the respective partner managers.
  • Extension of the documentation of processes.
  • Instruction and professional support for employees and cooperation partners.
  • Coordination of BaFin requests and Internal and / or External Auditors.
  • Preparation of Annual AFC Report German ExCo report governance.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (5 years) in anti‑financial crime compliance within the financial services industry with a focus on advisory and strategy development.
  • In‑depth knowledge of German and EU regulations pertaining to anti‑money laundering sanctions and fraud prevention.
  • Detailed expertise in fraud sanctions and embargo related topics (5 years of experience).
  • Proven track record of leading successful AFC initiatives including risk assessments policy development and implementation of controls.
  • Experiences with local regulators is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure different priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist) or ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialists) preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
