A leading technology company in Germany is seeking a professional to drive commercial excellence. You will manage strategic initiatives, evaluating new commercial opportunities and improving customer interactions. The ideal candidate has a degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business administration and possesses 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on commercial activities. Fluent English and German is required.
Want to drive commercial excellence at ZEISS? You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Strategic Business Units and Shared Service Centers to drive the strategic development of all commercial processes (marketing, sales and service) of the ZEISS Group.
As part of the Next Generation CRM team, you will steer strategic initiatives and take over the management of projects with development and growth opportunities touching on all customer interactions. As a driving force, you will cooperate with central functions and the business units to evaluate new commercial opportunities and trends and ensure sustainable implementation of value cases to ZEISS’ commercial approach. You will have an impact on the development of ZEISS’ core competencies in commercial processes and improve our customer interactions around the world.
