Your Mission

This role owns the end-to-end loop of: Price Optimization Approval Execution, ensuring that market insights result in real value for manufacturing companies. You will increase product usage by becoming a key element in the company ecosystem and workflows from price analysts, sales reps, sales director, all the way to VP of services.

What you'll do
  • Own the Pricing Workflow Vision: Define how pricing insights turn into trusted, auditable, and executable price decisions - moving beyond dashboards to action.
  • Design Enterprise Pricing Workflows: Map and optimize the full lifecycle of a price change across roles, approval levels, and systems (ERP, CPQ, CRM), identifying where automation creates leverage.
  • Lead Continuous Customer Discovery: Work closely with enterprise customers to understand real pricing processes, governance models, and maturity stages - from static to dynamic pricing.
  • Drive Roadmap & Delivery: Own a prioritized backlog that balances short-term impact with long-term strategic bets; partner with Engineering and Design to ship complex B2B pricing functionality.
  • Own Integrations as Products: Treat exports, write-backs, and APIs as first-class product experiences that scale across different customer architectures.
  • Act as Pricing SME & Product Leader: Support strategic sales conversations, maintain competitive and category insights, and evolve the domain into multiple value streams as the team scales.
Your Skills
  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management, ideally in enterprise software, pricing, monetization, or workflow automation. Pricing and manufacturing domain experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong Product Strategy Skills: Proven ability to translate company goals (;NRR, expansion) into concrete product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Technical & Integration Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, data flows, ERP/CPQ constraints, and treating integrations as scalable products.
  • Customer & Commercial Mindset: Deep experience in discovery with enterprise customers and the ability to support high-stakes deals with product credibility.
  • Enterprise Product Craft: Experience designing products with RBAC, audit trails, workflows, versioning, notifications, and global requirements (EU/NA).
  • Leadership Potential: Ready to mentor others, make buy/build/partner decisions, and grow into portfolio and team leadership.
  • Working Style: Analytical, structured, and pragmatic; able to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across functions.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
