WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Manage key accounts, establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Identify customer needs, drive internal solutions, and manage design-in activities
  • Set up new accounts, finalize agreements and establish new project pipelines to meet targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts, set annual budgets and forecasts, and conduct monthly performance reviews
  • Collect and communicate customer requirements to internal teams, ensure satisfaction and foster win-win partnerships
  • Coordinate sales activities, report KPIs to management, and maintain pricing and offers with a focus on profitability
  • Align with Panasonic business units to explore market opportunities and interact for cross-value creation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales driven position
  • Commercial understanding, technical know-how is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP
  • Strategic thinking, self-motivation and team spirit
  • Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
  • Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
