• Rate and rank applicants in accordance with federal staffing requirements.
• Coordinate rating panels, when applicable.
• Issue certificates of eligibles and prepare candidate notices/results.
• Conduct quality reviews of staffing case files before extension of employment offers.
• Respond to inquiries from supervisors, hiring managers, and applicants.
• Perform general, specialized, or targeted outreach recruitment efforts.
• Draft or assist in the development of job aids supporting USA Staffing, USA Hire, and staffing processes.
• Perform work in accordance with DOJ and EOUSA policies, procedures, and applicable federal regulations
