Jobtailor in Germany seeks a senior HR leader to manage day-to-day HR operations, supervise HR personnel, and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to support business objectives, oversee employee relations, performance management, compliance, workforce analytics, and HR administration while ensuring policy adherence and accurate records. This role requires extensive HR experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive Human Resources experience across all major HR disciplines.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing Human Resources personnel.
• Extensive HR experience supporting federal government contractors, including employment law, OFCCP, Affirmative Action, Service Contract Act (SCA), and related compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, and HR projects.
• Experience with employee engagement platforms, workforce analytics, succession planning, and leadership development.
• UKG Pro, iCIMS, and SharePoint proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
