Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, identifying trends, and presenting findings.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, presentations, or automated solutions.
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization.
• Experience using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Exposure to HR, recruiting, workforce planning, learning and development, or organizational operations.
• Experience managing projects or working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Support Learning and Development programs, training initiatives, communications, and organizational development activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline work through automation, digital tools, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and contribute to projects improving operational effectiveness.
• Travel up to 10%.
