Your tasks
- Full responsibility for payroll coordination in Germany and internationally (collaboration with external payroll providers; review and approval of payroll runs).
- Development maintenance and communication of Compensation & Benefits programs (including company pension schemes, mobility benefits, international perks).
- Advising and supporting international employees on matters of German labor tax and social security law (e.g. onboarding contract‑related questions).
- Correspondence with public authorities (e.g. social insurance agencies, tax offices, immigration authorities) and communication with external service providers.
- Creation, maintenance and standardization of HR documents and guidelines (e.g. onboarding checklists, process SOPs).
- Lead administration of the HR Knowledge Management Platform (Jira) structure, templates, access control, documentation, quality and reporting.
- Participation in (digital) HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance and process reliability across all administrative HR operations.
- Preparation of reports, analyses and KPIs for management and finance.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of professional experience in HR ideally with a focus on payroll, compensation & benefits and administration.
- Strong knowledge of German labor tax and social security law.
- Experience supporting international employees and collaborating with global teams.
- A structured, reliable and solution‑oriented working style with a high level of ownership.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g. Personio) and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.
- Interest in sustainability, digitalization and the ongoing development of modern HR structures.
