As our (Senior) Growth Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Customlytics’ next stage of growth. This is a new, strategic yet very hands‑on position for someone who is hungry, resourceful, and ready to take ownership. You’ll have the freedom to drive projects independently and carry responsibility while working closely with our CEO, Chief of Staff, and client‑facing teams. Your mission is to build and expand meaningful relationships with partners in the mobile ecosystem, elevate our presence in the mobile space, and within the The Relevance Group. You will own the full new business lifecycle, strengthen and expand our strategic partnerships, optimize our sales structures, and contribute to a more scalable, more effective go‑to‑market setup.

Your profile
  • Proven expertise in sales and partnership management.
  • Experience in mobile marketing, mobile app technology, or mobile martech in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a must. Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, close deals, and manage the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth while collaborating effectively with Marketing, Consulting, and other teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot or the ability to quickly take ownership of our CRM, improve processes, and manage automations.
  • Ability to run projects independently, execute hands‑on, and take ownership without constant direction.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Consulting, and leadership.
  • A proactive communicator who brings ideas, seeks alignment, and thrives in a small, collaborative team.
  • Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written).
Your mission
Expanding Customlytics’ client base and project pipeline by proactively acquiring high‑impact, revenue‑generating business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales process end to end: inbound qualification, sales calls, solution design, proposal creation, negotiation, closing, and smooth handover to our project teams.
  • Maintain daily sales operations while optimizing structures and building scalable frameworks. Own and execute the partnerships strategy with key partners (e.g., Braze, Adjust, Appsflyer, MMPs, developer agencies, mobile CRM, Meta/TikTok networks).
  • Audit existing workflows and develop improved processes for prospecting, qualification, follow‑ups, reporting, deal flow, and documentation.
  • Take ownership of our CRM (currently HubSpot), maintaining data accuracy, optimizing automations, and building a dependable sales funnel.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align Sales & Marketing strategies to drive stronger lead generation.
