About the Job

Our team of five is building a data engineering platform that is actively used every day by our internal teams. This close collaboration with our internal users enables rapid iteration cycles, and your contributions will make an immediate impact.

In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own work and make technical decisions that impact our global client base. You will autonomously own full‑stack features for the entire software lifecycle: early conception and design, initial implementation, gathering user feedback, and ensuring long‑term maintainability.

The team is fully based in Munich, and we use English as our primary language of communication. We take pride in our strong engineering culture and believe in holding each other accountable to a rigorous standard of software development.
