Ein führender Anbieter von Lichtlösungen sucht einen SAP HCM Spezialisten in Dortmund. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den 3rd-Level-Support im Bereich Payroll und Zeitmanagement und deren Prozessoptimierung. Sie bringen relevante Studienabschlüsse und erste Erfahrungen im SAP HCM Umfeld mit. Idealerweise haben Sie auch ABAP-Kenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. Diese Stelle bietet ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld mit einem Gehaltsrahmen von 2.200€ bis 2.500€ monatlich.

• Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management
• Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes
• Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems
• Implement support packages effectively
• Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility
• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment will enable you to act as a competent contact for our HR department
• You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM)
• Ideally, you have good ABAP programming skills
• Knowledge of Employee / Manager Self-Services (ESS / MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
• You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills
• You have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment, in addition German language skills is an advantage

Slovakia

The monthly salary range is between 2.200€ and 2.500€.
