Currently, we are looking for a seasoned team member for CMF design team. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. The role is assigned to a design project from the initial research and concept phase through production and showcars. He / she contributes to the project development and strategy and provide hands on creative output. Over 5-year experience in production car project is preferred.

What you will be doing :

• Generates design concepts for assigned projects and lead those.
• Create new product applications and strategies for the IVO brand on the global basis and withhin the Chinese market.
• Develops design ideas into virtual / physical ideations and overall theme concepts.
• Collaborates with internal designers and specialists in other departments (Exterior, Interior, Fabrication, Modeling, Engineering, Costs, Marketing)
• Collaborates with external vendors / suppliers.
• Provides solutions to existing tasks
• Participates in design presentations with a high level of creative input.
• Develops new concepts, product ideas and strategies
• Market and competitor analysis
• Applies knowledge of a consumer design trends and forecasting
