Zusammenfassung

Dabster is seeking an experienced external Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives. The engagement will ensure continuity of critical change activities while strengthening long-term organizational change capabilities.

You will apply PROSCI-based change management methodologies, conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments, develop change and communication plans, and coach internal stakeholders to enable sustainable adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, or Transformation Programs.
• Practical experience with PROSCI methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies and materials.

3. Scope of Work

• Apply PROSCI-based change management methodologies and tools

• Develop change management and communication plans
• Create change stories, messaging, and engagement materials
• Support resistance management and adoption tracking
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities

5. Required Qualifications
