Grandega is seeking a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management to drive complex transformation projects and lead a growing team. You will own project delivery, nurture client relationships, and shape the go-to-market strategy for OCM services.

Strong leadership, coaching skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential. In a hybrid work setup, you will travel for client engagements and collaborate with a team of experts in Eschborn and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally in large business transformations.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a high degree of personal accountability.
• Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills at the management level.
• Experience in functional leadership, coaching, or mentoring of teams or colleagues.
• In-depth methodological expertise in common OCM frameworks and tools.
• Fluent German and English, with willingness to travel.

Senior Consultant Organizational Change Management (w/m/d)

Support our clients in successfully implementing complex transformation projects. Bring in new ideas and actively help shape change within their organizations.

As the operational driving force with a deep understanding of change processes, you make complex transformation initiatives manageable and effective - from a clear strategy through to successful implementation among the people involved.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Managing OCM projects: You take on independent responsibility for managing change management projects and the functional leadership of the grandega team members involved.
• Developing client relationships: You identify and understand our clients' needs, proactively develop new consulting opportunities from them, and take responsibility for creating compelling proposals.
• Strategic development: You conceptually further develop our OCM service offering, including methods, tools, and go-to-market strategy.
• Team development: You act as a mentor and coach to expand OCM expertise across the whole team and actively share knowledge.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally in the context of large business transformations (e.g., ERP implementations, post-merger integration).
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of personal accountability, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• Confident presence along with strong communication and negotiation skills at the management level.
• Experience in functional leadership, coaching, or mentoring of teams or colleagues.
• In-depth methodological expertise in common OCM frameworks and tools.
• Fluent/negotiation-level German and English, along with industry-standard travel readiness.

NOTE ON THE WORK MODEL

One fixed day per week at our office in Eschborn is set aside for in-person collaboration with the team. Beyond that, on-site project work with our clients requires a corresponding willingness to travel.
