Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead and support organisational change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.

You will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to assess change impacts, develop change strategies, manage communications, and deliver training and adoption activities. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex corporate environments.
