About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager (German Speaking) to support a major business transformation programme involving the implementation of Salesforce CRM and IFS ERP across a multi-functional organisation.

This is a critical role focused on driving organisational adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness to ensure a successful transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, helping stakeholders embrace change and achieve maximum value from the transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the end-to-end Change Management strategy for the Salesforce and IFS implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and create targeted engagement plans for impacted business groups.
• Partner with programme leadership, functional leads, and key stakeholders to drive change adoption.
• Design and execute communication plans that ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Assess organisational readiness and proactively address resistance and adoption challenges.
• Develop and coordinate training strategies, learning materials, and user enablement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, and change readiness sessions in both German and English.
• Support business teams through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to programme leadership and steering committees.
• Promote change best practices and continuous improvement throughout the programme lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale ERP, CRM, or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering change management activities for CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management across senior leadership, business users, and technical teams.
• Experience developing and delivering communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Experience supporting business readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Strong understanding of recognised Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.

Language Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) – spoken and written (mandatory).
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
