Neev in Germany seeks an experienced external Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives. The role ensures continuity of critical change activities while strengthening long-term capabilities based on PROSCI frameworks.

You will apply PROSCI methodologies, conduct stakeholder assessments, develop plans and materials, coach leaders, and facilitate workshops to drive adoption and sustainable change across manufacturing and engineering contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation programs.
• Practical experience with PROSCI methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies and materials.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 or C2 minimum).
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred.
