As they shift from a traditional channel model to a direct key account strategy, they are seeking a Senior Account Manager in Germany to lead business growth and build long-term B2B relationships with top-tier enterprise and public sector clients.

Mission
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with major B2B clients in the region
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand the strategic client portfolio
  • Present high-impact communication solutions to senior decision-makers
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and ensure post-sale satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to deliver on client needs
  • Track market trends and use insights to support business strategy
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and executive meetings
  • Lead the charge in shifting to a direct sales approach with key enterprise clients
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably 8+ years
  • Strong background in video conferencing solutions for large enterprises or public sector
  • Proven ability to acquire, develop, and grow key accounts directly (not via channel)
  • Experience with telecom operators, Fortune 500 firms, or state-owned entities
  • Previous success in a sales transition from channel to direct model
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field
  • Fluent English required; German a strong asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for tech
  • Ideal backgrounds include roles at AVI-SPL, Ricoh, SPL, Diversified, Videlio (must no longer be with the company)
  • Vendors: Poly, Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Shure (EPG-focused candidates preferred)
