This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive in Germany.

In this role, you will drive strategic growth by leading high-value sales cycles in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, advise on technology-driven transformation, and identify opportunities where data and AI solutions create measurable impact. Working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams, you will shape opportunities from qualification to close while contributing to long-term account development. This position offers a high level of autonomy, visibility, and influence, with the chance to work at the forefront of digital innovation.


Accountabilities:
  • Qualify and close active in-flight opportunities while identifying and originating new prospects within the manufacturing space.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across Digital, IT, Business, and C-level functions.
  • Lead qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Technical Sales, Services, Product, Deal Desk, Executives, and partners.
  • Develop and execute effective account strategies, opportunity pursuit plans, and close plans.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Create and maintain detailed account documentation and close plans.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions in the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and operate confidently at C-level across business and IT.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in AI, machine learning, or operational technology.
  • Demonstrated success selling in partnership with channel and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate sophisticated stakeholder environments.
