The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and demonstrate expertise in heat-treated and alloy wear-resistant coating technology. Technical Supervisor

• Lead R&D of Sections Knife Assemblies for agricultural machinery.
• Develop technical standards for assembly components (including supplier coordination).
• Design assembly processes (tooling / mold / fixture development).
• Oversee R&D of related Sections Knife shaft assemblies.
• Master core technologies of production equipment (assembly line expertise).

Core Requirements

• 5+ years in Sections knife assembly development.
• Full-cycle R&D expertise (from design to production).
• Focus : Priority given to R&D specialists familiar with Schumacher blade projects.
