A leading global player in animal nutrition and feed additives is seeking a Product Manager Feed Enzymes to strengthen its scientific product management team.
This is a key, urgent role driving the launch and growth of a new enzyme portfolio across key markets.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with commercial understanding, acting as the bridge between R&D, sales, and customers. You'll be responsible for defining technical positioning, supporting sales through training and data‑driven storytelling, and ensuring the market success of technically advanced enzyme products.
Take full ownership of the feed enzyme product line, from technical positioning to field support.
Translate complex R&D data into compelling, customer‑facing technical stories.
Deliver internal and external training sessions to strengthen product understanding and sales engagement.
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
Support trial coordination, data interpretation, and competitive benchmarking.
Provide expert technical input during customer discussions, seminars, and conferences.
Strong experience in the feed enzyme industry (preferred) or related enzyme applications in animal nutrition.
Background in animal nutrition, animal science, veterinary medicine, biology, or biochemistry.
Experience in product management, technical service, or application support.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex science for commercial audiences.
Confident, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
