Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to advise on digitizing HR processes and to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple German locations. You will work with project teams, support configuration, testing, and training activities and help drive adoption of new HR technologies.

The role requires strong German and English skills (C1), collaboration across disciplines, and experience with Employee Central and related modules. Apply online.

Working with experienced project teams, you will support the implementation of modern SAP SuccessFactors solutions and independently take on functional and technical responsibilities. Your tasks will include:Analyzing customer requirements and supporting the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and, depending on your experience, other modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Performance & Goals.Supporting the planning, execution and documentation of testing activities to ensure the high quality of implemented solutions.Helping both the technology and the people succeed. You will support change, communications and enablement activities, contributing to the long-term adoption of new HR solutions.Leading workshops with business units and stakeholders, advising on SAP best practices, and designing and delivering targeted user training.Your qualificationsYou have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience consulting on, configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You have a good knowledge of Employee Central and, ideally, other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Performance & Goals.
