Job summary

Telekom's T-Systems International GmbH seeks a Lead Consultant SAP SuccessFactors to drive digital HR transformations for diverse national and international clients. You will guide strategic and operational discussions, translate HR requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and lead complex implementations with a focus on Employee Central modules.

You will also develop testing strategies, ensure quality, mentor junior staff, and support workshops and presales to expand the SAP

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for national and international customers.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and modern HR IT landscapes.
• Excellent consulting, communication and facilitation skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations from requirements analysis and design to delivery, focusing on Employee Central, Payroll and Time Management.
• Develop tailored test strategies and oversee testing activities to ensure solution quality.
• Drive quality and defect management and continuously improve delivery approaches and testing processes.
• Lead project teams and coordinate collaboration between business departments, stakeholders and external partners.
• Support workshops, presales meetings and proposal development to win new projects and grow the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio.
• Mentor and develop consultants to contribute new ideas and innovative topics.

You will advise customers at both strategic and operational levels, translating complex HR requirements into innovative, future-ready SAP SuccessFactors solutions.You will lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations from requirements analysis and technical design through to successful delivery, with a particular focus on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and Time Management.You will develop tailored test strategies and ensure the quality of our project solutions by planning, coordinating and carrying out all testing activities.Through effective quality and defect management, you will ensure the functional and technical excellence of the solutions we implement. You will also drive the continuous improvement of our delivery approaches and testing processes.You will lead project teams towards their goals and coordinate collaboration between business departments, stakeholders and external partners to bring projects to a successful conclusion.In workshops, presentations and presales meetings, you will make a compelling case for innovative solutions and actively support proposal development and the acquisition of new projects.You will use your expertise to support the professional and personal development of our consultants, while contributing new ideas and innovative topics to the growth of our SAP SuccessFactors portfolio.What you bringYou have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of end-to-end project experience advising on and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for national and international customers.
