Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH in Berlin and beyond seeks a Lead Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d/x) to drive digitization and optimization of HR processes for public and private sectors. You will provide strategic guidance, transform requirements into SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions and lead cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep SAP HCM knowledge, HR process insight, strong consulting and communication skills, and proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2).

Qualifications

• Many years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Profound knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PT, PY.
• Excellent consulting, moderation and communication at professional/management level.
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Holistic advice in complex transformation, migration or implementation projects.
• Structure, prioritise and manage professional requirements.
• Develop and implement professional/technical concepts in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate HR, IT, project teams and management stakeholders.
• Moderate workshops, management presentations and training.
• Assure technical quality of project results; mentor junior consultants.
• Involvement in presales, solution design and customer acquisition; possibly lead projects.
