Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH seeks a Senior Consultant SAP HCM Payroll to drive end-to-end payroll projects for public and private sector customers in Germany. You will design, implement, and customize SAP HCM PY, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and laws.

Collaboration across HR, IT, and project teams is essential. Required are five years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, strong payroll accounting knowledge, ABAP, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as an SAP HCM Consultant focusing on Payroll in public/private sectors.
• Deep payroll accounting knowledge including taxes and social security.
• Experience with SAP HCM PY customization and related modules.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end SAP HCM Payroll consulting for customers.
• Analyze, design, and implement payroll requirements.
• Customizing payroll schemas and rules.
• Implement collective agreements and legal regulations (TVöD, TV-L).
• Lead workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer; create documentation.
• Support junior consultants; contribute to proposals and QA.
• Occasional partial project management responsibilities.
