Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d/x) to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM PA and OM projects across multiple German cities including Berlin, Bonn, and others. You will work with HR, IT, and project teams to translate requirements into reliable system configurations and processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SAP HCM experience, strong German (C1) and English (B2), and a track record in PA/OM and position management.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP HCM end-to-end projects (PA/OM).
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach.
• Experience with public sector and/or private industry projects.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex implementation projects and play a major role in the support and continuous development of SAP HCM modules PA and OM/SW.Working closely with HR departments, IT, and project teams, you will ensure that customer requirements are efficiently and reliably implemented in the system.Your responsibilities include in particular:End-to-end consulting for our customers in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM), and in the public sector also in Position Management (SW)Analysis, design, and implementation of customer requirementsImplementation of HR master data, organizational structures, and customizing of position management (planning and financing) in coordination with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) or public sector accounting (HKR)Creation of functional concepts, technical specifications, and documentationConducting workshops, best practice presentations, and user training sessionsContributing to proposals and quality assuranceSupporting the development of junior consultantsTaking on (partial) project management responsibilitiesYour ProfileYou hold a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or have comparable experience.
