Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH is seeking a Senior SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead technical workstreams across integration, migration and security in complex SAP SuccessFactors projects. You will define architecture, govern deployment approaches and mentor teams to ensure best practices.

Fluency in German and English is required, with extensive experience in SAP SF, CPI, and data migration strategies.

Your expertise in Solution Architecture will be critical in defining and governing the overall technical blueprint, integration strategy, and deployment approach for complex projects. You will lead technical workstreams focused on Integration Architecture (SAP CPI), ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP SuccessFactors and systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Payroll, and other third-party applications. A core part of your role will involve defining and executing Data Migration Strategies, ensuring data quality and compliance. You will provide technical guidance, mentor teams, and collaborate closely with customer IT leadership and business stakeholders.
