Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive the Compensation & Variable Pay rollout across multiple units and countries. The role requires translating local requirements into the global SuccessFactors design and configuring the module with solid documentation.

You will work with HR teams worldwide, supporting workshops, testing and go-live activities while contributing to the ongoing HR digitalisation and harmonisation efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central is advantageous.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors or SAP modules would be beneficial.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Ability to quickly understand new topics and work effectively in an international project environment.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills.

About us

Join an international organisation undergoing a major HR digital transformation. As an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and developing Compensation & Variable Pay, helping to establish efficient, transparent and standardised compensation processes across multiple countries.

Tasks

• Coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay, initially supporting the rollout across selected business units.
