Next Ventures in Germany seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to own incidents, configurations, and ongoing enhancements within AMS. You will advise customers, collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders, and contribute to long-term improvements in HR systems.

Remote work from Germany with occasional travel is available. You will combine hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration with a customer advisory stance, supporting multiple modules and releases while building lasting

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors across implementation, configuration or support.
• Expertise in at least one module: EC, ECP, Time Tracking, Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors incidents, service requests and system enhancements.
• Provide advanced functional and configuration support across SAP SF modules.
• Investigate complex issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Advise customers on configuration changes, process optimisation and application improvements.
• Manage change requests and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and stakeholders on cross-module challenges.
• Support releases, updates and testing activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

The Opportunity

We are working with an established organisation that is strengthening its SAP SuccessFactors capability in Germany.

The team supports complex SAP SuccessFactors environments for a range of enterprise customers, with a focus on system stability, continuous improvement and long-term application development.

They are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex system challenges and taking ownership of solutions beyond the initial implementation.

Unlike traditional project consulting, this position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of customers' HR systems, influence how those environments evolve and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

The role combines hands-on SuccessFactors configuration, technical problem-solving and customer advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors incidents, service requests and system enhancements.

• Provide advanced functional and configuration support across your specialist SuccessFactors modules.

• Investigate complex system issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

• Advise customers on configuration changes, process optimisation and application improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across implementation, configuration or application support.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following modules:

  • Employee Central (EC)

  • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Time Tracking

  • Recruiting / Onboarding

  • Performance & Goals

  • Compensation

  • Learning

• Confidence investigating and resolving complex SuccessFactors issues.

• Experience working directly with customers or internal business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and how SuccessFactors supports them.

• Very good German and English communication skills.

• Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work effectively within a wider technical team.

Beneficial, but not essential:

• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS).

• Familiarity with incident management, ticketing systems or ITIL processes.

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.

• Experience supporting large or international SuccessFactors environments.

Candidates currently working in implementation consulting who would prefer a more sustainable, long-term customer engagement model are also encouraged to explore the opportunity.
