Heraeus is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead configuration and optimization of EC, Learning, Onboarding, and related HR processes. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate with HR and IT to ensure end-to-end success.

The role emphasizes maintaining business rules, data protection practices, and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, with potential for hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with HR process knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding.
• Strong skills in Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions.
• Experience with data protection and retention management.
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules; OpenText DM.
• SAP SF certifications desirable.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
• Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows.
• Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements.
• Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge
• Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
• Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
